The usual reason for this is a DNS or hosts file problem, have you tried some of the forum solutions or the diagnostics in the 'Verify....' section of the Split DNS wiki article? According to a telnet to your server address postfix is up and running, what does a "zmcontrol status" show?
    Regards

Hi Phoenix, no changes were performed on DNS or host file before the upgrade. Now is running a backup server that I had to configure temporally to get email, but is a old backup and I have lost at least 30 days of data

    /etc/hosts
    127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain
    192.168.5.12 mail.cunlogan.cl mail
    #192.168.5.12 app2.cunlogan.cl app2

    thanks

The hosts file on it's own tells us nothing, how about the rest of the commands from the 'Verify...' section of the Split DNS wiki?
    Regards

Hi, I'm checking that... is like somebody has modified my DNS configuration while was out of office... I will check it with more details and retry restart services...

You're using the wrong format for the dig command, it should be as described in the wiki e.g.

    Code:
    dig domain.com mx
    What you've used is a sub-domain.

    Hi,

Thanks, yesterday (when we was out of office) somebody (no comments) has changed some DNS configuration and wasn't registered or informed about it!

I have updated my DNS configuration and the zimbra has started, but zmconfigd is not running...

    I have checked the log:

    [root@mail zimbra]# /etc/init.d/zimbra status

    logger Running
    mailbox Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running
    zmconfigd Stopped
    zmconfigd is not running.
