wrong mailbox size
I have a user whose mailbox appears to be full. He removed most of his mail but the mailbox is still full. The user reads his mail from outlook. I reindexed the mailbox and it shows more than 700 mails but I can't "see" them:

I've repeated this commands and I get always the same numbers. The account is rejecting mails with mailbox full... Any help will be appreciated.

Currently I face the exact same problem
ImapSize shows me no mail but Admin console shows full mailbox...
Redindexing does not help...

I found no solution... this forum (and google) probed to be useless. Anyway, in a few days, the problem will solve by itself (it happened again a few times).
I think you can backup and reload the account (It's the only thing I haven't tried), maybe backup, remove and load... Good luck.

Hmm, interesting...
I've increased mailbox quota for now and I'll see if it does solve itself.
If it doesn't the only logical solution would be mailbox restore from backup...
