Error configuring email receive from Outllook 2007 Client

When configuring outllok 2007 client to use Zimbra via IMAP , error
Log onto incoming mail server (IMAP): Your server unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.

appears when testing incoming mail with Test account button. Outgoing mail sent OK

Zimbra version is 7.2.0_GA_2669

Outlook is configured to use port 993 with TLS encrypted connection for incoming, port 2225 with TLS encryption for outgoing. Same error appears if I use Port 9993 for incoming

Port 587 is the correct Submission port, why are you using port 2225? What errors do you see in the log files?

If Outlook client is set to use SSL encryption for incoming and TLS for outgoing then it works OK.
