    Default How to enable click-to-chat?

    The "click-to-chat" feature is advertised in various places for Zimbra 8, but I can't figure out how to enable it. In the release notes for version 7, it says they were removing that functionality...

    If by "click-to-chat" you mean the "Click-To-Call" then that is a feature of Unified Communications (UC) and that's only available in the Network Edition of Zimbra.

    The functionality your (most likely) talking about that's being removed is the Instant Messenger server and that has gone in ZCS 8.

    Thanks, I might have confused myself somehow with the "click to" part. I mean the "chat" as referenced in the "Announcing General Availability of Zimbra 8" blog post:

    This is different from the IM server (XMPP I think it was) that was being removed? I did read in the v7 release notes that it was being removed in future versions, which is why I was confused... Assuming this means Unified Communications, should this work with a trial license? We are running a Network Edition Server, v8, and would like to test this feature out...but I haven't been able to find it.
