    Default zmtrainsa mark as read?

When the cron job that runs zmtrainsa runs against users junk folder, does it mark those messages as read?

It will never run against a user's mailbox. It will run against the INBOX of the spam user's account. The only messages in that mailbox will be messages trained from user's hitting the 'Junk' button.

I guess what I noticed was when I ran zmtrainsa manually against my junk folder I noticed all the messages got marked as 'read'.

Auto training of the spam/ham accounts uses zmspamextract to retrieve messages while running zmtrainsa against a specific mailbox uses fetchmail. The fetchmail marks them as read because it acts like any other IMAP client.
