Perhaps nobody understands your question, I certainly don't. What do you mean when you say "not available/registered", do you mean your domain or the domain to which you're sending mail? It can take up-to five days for a bounce message to appear for a failed send. Have you done any research in your log files to see what happens when you sand an email to a non-existent domain? Have you done any research on the internet for this problem (this question isn't specific to Zimbra).
There is no such thing as a 'relay for bounce back', what exactly do you mean?

I am using zimbra as a postfix with assp antispam server.
If domain is not avalable i am not receving bounse mail at my actual mail server.
