I've been running a test server for about three months, no problems. Last weekend I start rolling it out company wide, half of them went on it last weekend, the next half are supposed to move over this weekend. Today out of the blue the server freezes up on me. I try to run zmcontrol and I get nothing, just sits there. So I reboot the server, comes back up fine, but now I can't send mail to external addresses. I was using our web host to relay, so I thought maybe something had changed on their end so I turned off the relay, restarted zimbra, and still nothing. When I try to send from the web client I get the error
"Message not sent; One or more addresses were not accepted" and if I look in the log I see the following:
Dec 7 16:04:39 zimbra postfix/smtpd[11915]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from 65-102-182-204.tukw.qwest.net[65.102.182.204]: 554 <jpcaldwell@gmail.com>: Relay access denied; from=<josh@barroncollection.com> to=<jpcaldwell@gmail.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<zimbra.corvinasnest.com>

I've serched the forums and found similar situations, but I still can't figure it out and now I'm under the gun with a bunch of employees fuming, please help!

). I was able to use a different web server for relay, but I'm still not sure why everything went to bits in the first place.
