Default Change Default Folder Search from "in:' to "under:" -- Possible, How?

We have a client whose users routinely need to search a shared out Zimbra mailbox with a very extensive nested folder tree under the Inbox folder.

For a variety of reasons, the emails desired to be found by the customer service agents doing the searching could be in any number of folders. Further, the customer service agent needs to do the searching while on the phone with a customer.

Consequently, the agents have taken to typing "under:inbox <search term>" in the Search bar window. But, this takes time and we have been asked if there is a way to configure Zimbra's search to default to "under:" instead of "in:"

Is this possible and if so, how do we implement?

    Thanks!
    Mark

Thanks for the link but it doesn't say how to change the default. Worse, now that I've seen the customer use it in action, if you first change "in" to under and then move the cursor to the end to start entering some search terms, the web UI reverts back to "in".

I may open a support ticket on this if I can't find where the code for this string is...

    Thanks again though!

    All the best,
    Mark
