GAL Syncing with Outlook in OSS edition

Hi Team,

Just curious to know since zimbra uses LDAP as a centralized storage for information; is there any way by which we can sync the GAL with the help of third party LDAP tool in outlook? Thunderbird I am pretty sure this is possible using zindus but is it possible with Outlook? or using cardDAV?

It's been a while since I've tried it, but I'm pretty sure you can setup an LDAP address book in Outlook and point it to Zimbra server. Search the Wiki and forums for more information.
