I have installed Zimbra 7.2.0_GA_2669_UBUNTU10_64.20120410002303 on Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS.
Configured Windows domain authentication and GAL from AD (logon works on the domain account, I see the contact from AD).
Attempting to configure Free/Busy Sync with Exchange2010 on the recommendations "Setting Up Free Busy Interop with Exchange 2010".

If you try to create an event in the calendar on Zimbra I see in the log an error message:

Code:

Tell me what settings need to check? Or what enable additional logging to find cause of error?
Thank you.
