Downloading all mail to local machine via 5.0 without POP3?

Hi,

I am using Zimbra 5.0.2 and want to download all mail from my three accounts to my local maching using POP3 or any other method. I have never set up my Zimbra install to use POP3 although I have done pop3 with other mail servers in the past.

What is the best way to do this via Zimbra admin?

Or is there another method to back up email to my local machine from a netwoked Zimbra server?

The problem I am having in getting a pop3 connection from Zimbra, so I can download to an email client like Outlook on my local machine, is that I am getting errors when I test the pop3 connections from within Zimbra, such as "Only valid after entering TLS mode"

I double checked both the mail server and the individual account name after logging in to Zimbra as Admin, and POP 3 is enabled for both the mail server address and the individual account, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong in getting an OK POP3 test from within Zimbra...
