7.2.0 - Delegated admin access migration wizard?

Hey,
I am trying to give a delegated admin access to the Tools> Account Migration - Migration Wizard via Grants and views. Does anyone know what the correct combination of grants and views are?
Everything I try results in the delegated admin login not getting past the splash screen.
I was under the impression you could do this now with delegated admins - is that wrong?
The rights seem to exist...

no errors in the logs when these rights are granted, just a stuck login screen... (username/password goes away, vmware login and splash screen there, but doesn't go any further).
If I remove the above rights they can login again...
Any hints?

"migrationAdminDomainRights" is the right needed to be able to use the external wizard (Exchange/Domino import wizard) with a "Domain Admin" account.
If you don't have this right, you can not upload data to the server as "Domain Admin".

Unfortunately thats not what I was after, but its good to know.
Perhaps we simply can't do it as delegated admin. I swear I saw it in a bug report for feature changelog somewhere.
