There usually is.

You'll have to wait for the GA release for that information but I wouldn't necessarily expect anything different than is already in ZCS 7.x.

The particular features I am wondering most about are Automatic Provisioning, Retention Policies, and Dynamic Distribution Lists.

I'm assuming that Distribution List Ownership won't be, since that uses the rights and grants that are not supported in the Open Source Edition, but I could hopefully be wrong.
