Resource Calendars

I have the need to be able to display who is using a resource.

For instance. We set our meeting rooms up as resources.
So I need to let our receptionist see who is in a meeting at the moment.

Currently is there any method for view these types of resource details?

You can try and delegate/share the resource calendar to the person who needs to see it.

We looked at that option. There are two problems with it.
One it the Administrative overhead with making sure that every user's calendar is shared to the receptionist. The second is that the view does not show the entire details for every user. So the meeting would show up, but the details as to who all is in that meeting would not.

You should only need to share the resource calendars -- so if you have 3 meeting rooms, you would have to share 3 calendars with the admin.
