Gal is not updateproperly

we are using zimbra mail server its an old vertion and when we create a new account gal is not update for most users and some time user get display some time user not able to view the address display name can you pls help me

Is the version you're using a secret or do we have to guess? You need to update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

zmcontrol -v

That doesn't really tell us much. Has it just started happening or has it always happened? Just one user or all users? If you're using an 'old version' of ZCS then I'd suggest you need to upgrade get yourself onto a more recent version.

Dear Team

we have using zimbra mail server since one month before when we create a new account or disable the account gal is not update properly this problem is occurred account creation disable and also update address book for the user in admin console also the gal is not update for all user address list update could you help to fix this issue details are given below

Release 6.0.1_GA_1816.RHEL5_64_20090911174852 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition.

for ex : my display name is
FAW Arif Khan A

when i type the mail id it is not shown in address list for some old created user are some time they can see my mail id only not address book i guess thats in contact list

could you pls help to fix this issue this is very immportant pls give the solution step by step to solve this bug
