Cannot Access zimbraAdmin Page

Hi all, please help ASAP
I dont know why, but since this morning I cant go to zimbraAdmin,
the result is "The webpage at https://domain:7071/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
seems like not available.
hope anyone know the solution. thanks before

I can access from the original server/IP, but It cant access from another IP. help me.

Are you behind a firewall? is port 443 open?

and I was trying to open in windows and centos [work to open admin page], but the problem is I cant open from ubuntu 12.04 (I'm not trying with another version of ubuntu)
so, any idea? thanks for sharing guys.
