Opensource zimbra not receiving mails

I have been running my installation (v5) on sussie for months without any problem. since yesterday i no longer receive any mail from external sources. I aent to gmail and it went, ditto yahoo. But i cant receive from either yahoo gmail or any external mail.

Please urgent help needed

I'd start by checking the Zimbra logs (/var/log/maillog and /opt/zimbra/logs/). Is your Zimbra server directly connected to the Internet or do you have some sort of firewall / gateway in front of it? If you have another server / system in front it could be a problem there as well.

This box has been running for months but suddently we can not receive mails from outside. we can send . here is a cutout from mail log /var/log/maillog

Sir, i have no idea what to say but the log suggests i have issues with www.spamhaus.com that has block mails from coming . it refers to some ip address 41.206.20.4 i dont know if it belongs to my ISP or whatever. WE CAN SEND MAILS TO THE WORLD BUT CAN NOT RECEIVE from outside

On the contrary we can send mails but can not receive from anywhere. we have several clients all over the country not just google and yahoo users but corporate mail owners. We can send but we can not receive. In the log posted it refered to an ip address 41.206.20.41 being blocked by a certain spamhaus.com what can i do. i visited spamhous to delist the ip even thus i dont know that ip.
