All Zimbra Services Show "Down" Status

First some server details:

When browsing to the "Server Status" page in the Zimbra Admin Console, all services show red "exes." Having said that, all services are actually running fine as evidenced by this:

I also get the following error when browsing to the "Server Statistics" page:

Server error encountered Message: system failure: Unable to read logger stats Error code: service.FAILURE Method: [unknown] Details:soap:Receiver

I attempted the instructions found here:

However, I gave up after the "/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogger&" step (step 2), because I was given the following error:

zmrrdfetch server pid: 4347
DBD::SQLite::db selectrow_array failed: no such table: config at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogger line 409.
Schema version not found, upgrading to version 4 at /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmlogger line 412.

I did an "upgrade" to the same version of Zimbra that was already installed just to see if it helped, and it did...
