    Default How to post support ticket to zimbra support

    Hello,
    I'm an IT admin and we use Zimbra in our company for 3+ years (community edition)
    The previous year we managed to get the commercial edition (network), and I want to ask you how to enable my zimbra ticket login, in order to post some helpdesk requests

    You should use the Support Portal to get support for your copy of Zimbra (assuming it's still lecensed).
