    Default Really old version?

Is this an old version of Zimbra? If it's not recent, restarting the Zimbra server process should fix it.

    Default Try restarting anyway

There's a chance that bouncing tomcat might solve that problem. If not, please PM me.

I tried that, didn't work, I also tried reindexing, that didn't work either. I've not had any complaints from any other users, but we are about to move everyone to a new server, and if this pops up I'd like to be able to fix it

    Default Fix and questions

Here's a fix (though not a programmatic one): Pop open MySQL and set the CONTACT_COUNT value of the appropriate row in ZIMBRA.MAILBOX to NULL. Then restart the server. This will cause all of your folder counts to be recalculated the next time you log in or receive mail.

Please file this in bugzilla so we can try to get to the bottom of this.

I have the exact problem for one of my users.
Can you help me to post the detail steps to fix this?
Which table should I select to set the value?

    Thanks

I found the solution. /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdbintegrityreport -r will solve this problem on 4.5.9.
