Default Disable SMTP sending for some domains from email clients

    Hi all,
i'm migrating an existing qmail+vpopmail installation to zimbra.
I would to selectively disable smtp access for some domains from email clients (i want to force them to use the provider smtp server).
This is very simple in qmail by setting the
    disable_smtp
    flag in the .qmailadmin-limits file.
Now in zimbra i cannot find a similar setting; i've found this Restrict sending to certain domains - Zimbra :: Wiki but this seems too intricate to do for each domain. The ideal would be a setting in the COS of the amministration.
    Can someone help me?
    Thanks.
