Look in the log files and see what errors are in there.

    Hi,

In log file Zimbra.log only appear information of emails coming ok, there are no information of emails with pdf attached.
Is there a log where I can view emails rejected?

    Thanks

Your post above talks about 'sending' mail, are you trying to send them from ZImbra or from another server to Zimbra? If you're trying to send to Zimbra then you should see an error message on the server thatís trying to send the email? You also haven't given any information about the size of the attachment nor the maximum size that your Zimbra server will accept. You also haven't given any details about which version or release of Zimbra you have, update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v

You should look in the log files for connection attempts from the server that's sending the mail.

    Hi,

My zimbra Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL5_64_20110928134520 RHEL5_64 FOSS edition, Patch 7.1.3_P1.

I can send out mails with my zimbra server, but I can not receive pdf attachments from outside.

You should look in the log files for connection attempts from the server that's sending the mail. What log files? In zimbra.log I can see mails it coming but I can not see the emails I not receive.
Where I can see the logs of emails are not received?

    Thanks

When you send an email to a Zimbra server you will see a connection attempt (in the log files) from the sending mail server (check their IP address). You also haven't answered the question(s) about the size of the email and the settings on your server for maximum attachments size.
    Regards

dumb question - but are your PDFs encrypted by any chance?

If so, they are flagged as viruses by clamav. You can disable the block of encrypted PDFs in the admin console under AV

Did you disable it via the admin console or clamav.conf? Note that if the latter, you must do it on clamav.conf.in as

    Code:
    %%uncomment VAR:zimbraVirusBlockEncryptedArchive%%ArchiveBlockEncrypted yes
And of course a restart - I believe you can just do a zmclamdctl restart...
