Problem view mail by conversation

Hi all,

I'm using zimbra (7.2 OSS) viewing mail by conversation, but the problem is that when I receive mail with same object, zimbra assembles this mail with the previous even if the previous refer to different conversations.
Is there a way to assemble mail by object and sender (or other parameters)?

Use the Search function and save it for future use.
