Problem With Zimbra 7.2.0 Version

We recently upgraded to 7.2.0 and ever since then users have been having issues when creating an email. They can click on new email and type ok at first but after a minute or so it's like the mouse cursor on the web page stops blinking and they cant click on anything. They can use the tab key and the keyboard arrows, but cant click different things within the web page. They cant click on another tab or within the email itself. If they wait a little they will eventually be able to use the cursor again. Also, if they hit f5 to refresh the page then it will work. This only happens when they are working on an email. No error message comes up.

Has anyone had any issues with clicking within an email or on a web page when composing an email? This only happens when using zimbra email.

i remember a bug like this a long time ago in 6.x and ith ad to do with an outdated zimlet. check your zimlets against gallery.zimbra.com and make sure they're at the latest version.

We have the same issue here.
A trick i use: Alt-TAB to swich to another windows and Alt-TAB again to switch back. The mouse course will focus again after switching back.

Is there a bug report for it? If there isn't then there'll be no fix, the correct place to report problems is bugzilla.

I see the problem reported a few times in bugzilla, so hopefully there will be a fix.

We are also seeing this issue with IE 8 and IE 9 since updating to ZCS 7.2. If you're looking for a BugZilla reference number, try 73712.
