Docx, xlslx and pptx bloked by Clamav

Hello

Since yesterday the users of my server are complaining about the blocking of the emails with attached Office documents.

I make some diggin about that and I think that clamav is the perpretator of that crime. I think that the OLE22BlockMacros option in the clamd.conf is the source, but in bot clamd.conf (from /opt/zimbra/clamav & /opt/zimbra/clamav-0.97.2/) the parameter is commented.

How I can control the execution of clamav? Can I modify this beahavior?
