A forum search is usually a good place to start: site:zimbra.com +"Message not sent; one or more addresses were not accepted" - Yahoo! Search Results

it seems that my domain has been listed as spam by redhawk.org.

Contact them and ask them why you're on the list (are you really sending spam?) and what you need to do to get removed.

I've no idea, I know nothing about their web site nor any RBL services they provide (it doesn't even mention an RBL on the link you've provided) - you'll have to do some investigation yourself.
