After a few days of exploring this forum i didnt find any solution how to localize the default folders to unsupported language (czech in my case).

Here is a small "how to" of localization the default folder names to appear in outlook correctly.

1, get the mysql root password:

su zimbra
zmlocalconfig -s | grep mysql_root_password

2, dump the mysql database
(su zimbra)
/opt/zimbra/mysql/bin/mysqldump -u root -p --socket=/opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock --all-databases > /tmp/export.sql

3, edit exported export.sql in your file editor
use find and rename tool, and rename the default names to the names presented in outlook by default

3a, do not rename inbox folder (outlook map it correctly by default)
3b, find all Sent and rename to (czech localication) Doručená pošta
3c, find all Drafts (or Draft) and rename to Koncepty
3d, find all Junk and rename to Nevyžádaná pošta
3e, find all Trash and to Odstraněná pošta

4, import new export.sql to mysql
(su zimbra)
mysql -u root -p --socket=/opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock < /tmp/export.sql

5, restart zimbra
(su zimbra)
zmcontrol restart

6, renew the IMAP folders on outlook and it should be OK. Tested in Outlook 2010, windows live mail, thunderbird and zimbra web client.
