Zimbra can't access on web client only in Administrator console

I have a ubuntu server 10.04 and zimbra 7.1, the cuestion is when i try to open via port 80 could not connect.

if a try with https (zmtlsctl) it connect!!

the router has open the port 80,443,53,etc...

the cell phone can send and receive emails

i try a lot of things(zmtlsctl,zmmailboxdctl,httpd,etc) and doesn't work.
