Web mobile view question

We created a "help" link on a portal site that will open up the zimbra web mail with a pre-filled e-mail (email address, subject, etc). However, clicking this link on a mobile device, such as an iPhone, this does not work.

The HTTP parameters are still there and look correct. Does the mobile view support this?
