I'm newbie with zimbra I was foun problem with zimbra please help me

After passed installation zimbra. (zimbra 7.2.0 on CentOS 5.8 32bit
before install I was disable SeLinux, Disable firewall and disabled sendmail service
)

I try to test send email to internal user but there are not in mailbox

I had problem like this



and I restart zimbra then zimbra service show like above again


in mail queue like this.


please show me the way to solve this problem

I would start by verifying that your DNS settings are correct. I had a similar problem where messages would not leave my deferred queue. After correcting DNS, everything worked.

Seeing your report, it's seems you have no set zimbra syslog after installation.

Look for zmsyslogsetup in Zimbra forums.

I was fixed DNS mx record .now I can send email between admin and users.
but the service status still RED .

I notice this something on my system too. It only shows like this for a short while (about 2 minutes) after the services start up. When I run a 'zmcontrol status' command, it shows that everything is "Running".

Are you still seeing this even after giving it an extra minute or two to display properly? What do you see when you run a zmcontrol status?

su - zimbra -c "zmcontrol status"

file size are zero

This looks more like a result of your problem. What does it say for your services when you run the following command?

su - zimbra -c "zmcontrol status"

That will tell you which services are running and which services are erroring out. That should be your starting point to resolve your problem. After you determine which services are causing issues, you can look at some of the logs in the /opt/zimbra/log/ directory to find out the exact cause of service failures.
