Default Backup an Account on Community Server?

    Hi all,

I ve running zimbra community server 7.1.3. on ubuntu 10.4. server.

Is it possible to backup (and restore) a single user-account?

I want to have a tar or a zip file with all e-mails, tasks, appointments, addressbooks, files, external pops and properties.

I read that there should be a command /opt/zimbra/zmbackup. But I cant find it. Could it be, that this command is not shipped with the community edition?

    Has anybody some advice?
    Tim

That's correct, it's a Network Edition feature. Search the forums and wiki for details of backup strategies, there is (at least) one thread on individual account backup/restore for the Open Source version of ZCS.

I believe you can do that using getRestURL. Search that in forum or wiki.

    /opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m $USERNAME getRestURL "//?fmt=tgz" > /backup/accounts/$USERNAME.tgz
