Default End tag 'body' does not match the start tag 'HR' Error

When trying to send a mail from ajax zwc (not ZD) out of the browser (IE, Firefox, Safari) I get the following errror:

End tag 'body' does not match the start tag 'HR' Error
msg: Das Endtag 'body' stimmt nicht mit dem Starttag 'hr' überein.
    code: AjxException.INVALID_PARAM
    method: AjxXmlDoc.loadFromString
    detail:

Mobile desktop and http desktop work fine.

Also with some users there are problems like show a mail for some seconds then go back an show empty screen. (Solved in 7.2)

    Any idea?

    Default

7.2 brought improvements. But this message is still there.

Any hint where I could find a solution or material that is necessary to get help?
