Is the domain in that highlighted text a valid domain and is it yours? How long has this been happening and what changes have you made on the server recently? Have you looked at some of the forum threads on the topic: site:zimbra.com +"loops back to myself" - Yahoo! Search Results
    Regards

    Hi Phoenix,

I was trying to integrate another filtering policy daemon which I had to remove and wanted to roll back to the original configuration. While doing that I had stopped AS/AV services on zimbra and have the other daemon handle the load. But as soon as I removed that and stop the external services zimbra refused to deliver the mails and started getting that error.
