How can we integrate Zimbra with Active Directory for automatically propagation of users from AD to Zimbra and Centrally management.

In current versions you can't do that automatically.

Please share me the documents or videos.

There are a couple of threads in the forums that have a script to provision users from AD into ZCS, search the forums for those threads.
