Can't receive mails from gmail.

Hi Everyone!

Can you help me with this.
One week ago, we stopped receiving mails from gmail and other domains.
In the other hand, we can receive mails from hotmail and some other domains.

We didn't change anything.

When I send mails from gmail I receive a bounced mail with the next error:

The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at 'The recipient server did not accept our requests...' - Gmail Help
[servidor.infocomsi.com.mx. (10): No route to host]

I already checked some threads but didn't find an answer.

According to the error above and your DNS records, you don't have an A record for your mail server:

I already added an A record.
But didnt help. the log is showing:

It didn't help because there's still no A record for your mail server, your A record entry is invalid. Go to the Split DNS article in the wiki (or search the forums) for the correct format of an A record that's associated with an MX record.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the help, I went through a tutorial for DNS servers and I think the issue of the A address is done. Still not receiving mails, but if the DNS is the problem I suppose I'm in the wrong forum.
