Understand zimbra store folder

Hi all, I found the topic How to restore a single email with the OSS version very interesting.
Also this page of the wiki give lot's of good informations.

There's something I still have no clear:

ls /opt/zimbra/store/0/7/msg
0  1  10  11  12  13  14  15  16  17  2  3  4  5  6  7  8

Under the folder /opt/zimbra/store/0 we have the zimbra mailbox id.
The folder "7" is my mailbox id.
What are all the subfolder of "7"?

I'm using Release 6.0.9_GA_2686.RHEL5_64_20101115233514 CentOS5_64 FOSS edition

"On the filesystem, the user directories and the message directories within each user directory are split so that there are a maximum of 4096 (that is, 2 to the 12th) files in each directory."
