    Default Migrate ZCS5 x86 to ZCS7 x64

    Good afternoon,
I would like to congratulate the forum
This is my first question in the forum and would like help from friends here in the forum.

I am with the following problem, I'm starting at a company where there was already a ZCS5.0 Zimbra mail server running on a CentOS 5 x86

This machine is presenting some problems, and wish to upgrade to a new virtual machine preferably it will be my new mail server

I would use the new mail server with CentOS x64 6 Zimbra ZCS7

Could someone help me make this migration, I am grateful, I have great experience with Zimbra, but I'm feeling wonderful tool.

Thanks, hopefully with the collaboration of all.

You do not change the version during this process. You can either upgrade your current server to a more recent release then move it to the new server or move your current version to the new server then upgrade it. Note the following paragraph from the article:

IMPORTANT: The ZCS release you install on the 64-bit server must be the same release as installed on the 32-bit server. The server can have a different operating system.
Whichever method you use you should make sure that you take sufficient backups during this process.
    Regards

    Good afternoon,

Can you confirm if the steps are correct?

    I am

    Server1 (Production)
    CentOS 5
    Zimbra 5

    Server2 (new server)
    CentOS 6

I installed the zcs5 centos6 but did not work because the CentOS6 zcs5 does not support this correct?

Now I import the old data using rsync

and then install the zcs7 in centos6?
