I am presently using the subdomain pop.xxx.com and my server hostname was set as pop.xxx.com.
Now I want to change the subdomain to mail.xxx.com as it is a familiar name to remember.

Whether I can make these changes in the server?

Will these make any problems for the current mail accounts which were already working right now??
