server status shown as red/stopped

only on the first mailbox server with zimbra-logger installed shows the green check status. all server's logger service is running. what else could be the problem?

solved by running below on all servers:

# /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms -v -e

# /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsyslogsetup

in /etc/sysconfig/syslog, change like below
SYSLOGD_OPTIONS="-r -m 0"

# /etc/init.d/syslog restart

as zimbra user

$ /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmstatuslog
