tee emails to another mailbox servers

on a setup of 2 MTAs, 3 mailbox servers with barracuda MTA in front of them, how would I get emails sent to them also to another 2 new mailbox servers?

i found that this setup is archiving and discovery.

later on, if i had setup this A&D server, can it be promoted to DRC zimbra cluster?

edit:
ouch! it seemed that A&D cannot be done with non-zimbra MTA
