Default ZCS has network error every day about same time.

every day about 1500 CDT when users try to login, use the service if already logged in, admins try to login via admin port, or basically any usage of the service, it fails with an error similar to Network Error or ???Connection Error???

actually admin screen just goes to blank frame (not blank page) & hangs. admin logins get no error message.

again, all this only occurs at about same time every day. it remains until i restrart zmcontrol.

before inundating forum w/ lots of irrelevant info, just tell me what you want to know/see to resolve or at least help me hunt this bugger down

Have you looked at the logs? Specifically, mailbox.log?

i checked there (thanx btw!) & i saw errors similar to this at about midnight (but only few) & about 0500 (again a few) then consistently from 1430 to 1600 when i restarted zimbra. so its obviously something in here but i dont know enough to interpret this:

What version of zimbra are you running ? And on what OS ?

Check out this post for starters

[SOLVED] Zimbra 6.0.9 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS x86_64

    and this bug

    http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=42870

And if that doesn't help, search the forums here for

    +"Bad file descriptor" +solved

and see what else you can find
