Trouble accessing webmail with IE7

Our Windows admins have the security settings on internet set up to Medium-High so when laptop users try to access the Zimbra webmail, it won't let them. It gives a little error at the bottom that doesn't say anything but error. Is there something I can do to fix this?

You can try adding the Zimbra server (ie your domain) to the Trusted Zone or have you already tried that? Why specifically is it laptop users?

I believe both users are laptop users. I know one of them is, I am thinking maybe because the security for users on the LAN see the server as part of the intranet instead of internet.

I actually got a look at the error and it says zmZimbraMail is undefined.

Not sure if it is a laptop user or not, but I have a person who gets an error when trying to get to Zimbra at home. They installed IE7 and had problems, so went back to IE6 and are getting the following:

Error: 'l18nMsg' is undefined

and

Error: 'ZmMsg' is undefined

I have instructed them to clear their cache and see if that makes a difference, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Any thoughts?

Yes, this is a horrible bug when using Zimbra 4.0.x with IE7. Please vote for it here.

I really hope this will be fixed soon - either in IE or in Zimbra.
