Problem with certificates and client apps

Hi,

I had installed Zimbra 7.1.4 in a CentOS6.2 OS.
All services are running fine.
However, when mail clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, Windows Live => SMTPS) and webmail clients (Firefox, Chrome, IE => HTTPS) try to connect in the server, they always show warning message, because they don't get to check that the server has a reliable certificate. Is there some way to solve this? The certificates were created in installing process, and after I tried to recreate them using the steps here ([SOLVED] SOLVED: Zimbra 6.0.1 stop working if SSL certificate is expired).

It's always happens with self signed certificates....

Get an commercial cert and you're done.

But I have some applications made by me with Java Swing, using self-certificates, and installed to use Java Web Start. When the user runs the apps at first time, JWS asks about to always entrust certificate. If user ticks this option and clicks YES, nevermore he has problems with certificates. Is it something like this to configure in mail clients or browsers?

I have one JWS application that uses a comercial certificate in PFX format.
Is it possible to use this certificate to solve this problem?
Is there some wiki page from Zimbra that explains how to do this?

I have searched for wiki pages talking about commercial certificates in Zimbra, but I only found for versions 5.x and 6.x (Commercial Certificates - Zimbra :: Wiki), but mine is 7.1.4. May I use this tutorial for 7.x versions too?
