Update overwrites logo change

Any idea why when I update my NE I loose the customised logos ?

Been through the forums and all I can find is this which is of no help whatsoever.

I've also found this bug which is also of absolutely no help.

It seems ridiculous that what looks like a fairly minor alteration can't be made in over six years !

It wouldn't be as it's merely a statement of the same problem.

You've added your vote ti it and that will help but as there's only five votes then it would appear it's not that important to most people.

I see the reason that this hasn't been fixed is because it's been marked as an "enhancement".

I believe this to be a bug in the update procedure. Perhaps if it had been correctly assigned then it would have been fixed.

I believe you'll have a hard time making that case.

It is correctly assigned but if you feel that it's not then open a support case and/or a bug report.
