    Default Problem with Setting System-wide Signatures if using Outlook

    If I use Webmail to sent a e-mail, I can found the disclaimer
    but, if I use Mail Client like outlook, i can't found the disclaimer

    Please help me,

    Hi,

    You have to configure both text and HTML disclaimer.

    I have configure both text and HTML disclaimer and follow the instruction administration guide from zimbra docs
    but I still have similar problem like Vavai

    You're trying to do something that the system doesn't support out of box.
    You need something like this: Adding_a_disclaimer_(altermime)_or_footer

    Hi all,

    I've just followed the instructions above, in HTML just put the disclaimer without HTML tags.

    My users prefers Outlook 2010, so we have a IMAP configuration, SMTP port 465, and yes, the disclaimer works well.

    my client is using Outlook 2007, can the version of outlook can affect the disclaimer?
