Default Zimbra don't receive mails from gmail

We installed Zimbra Open Source Edition. Everything works fine, but we can't receive mails from gmail and yahoo...

I searched in the log files, but there are no entries for gmail...
I already add gmail.com to the whitelist (amavis.conf.in)

What can we do to make it work?

Wouldn't that indicate to you that it's nothing to do with Zimbra?

Why have you done that when there's apparently no connection from the gmail or yahoo servers?

Make sure you have valid DNS A & MX records, make sure your firewall ports are open, make sure you have a Split DNS correctly configured if you're behind a NAT router or firewall, make sure that you read some of the threads in the forums that cover this topic and finally, make sure you provide adequate information (and the solutions you've tried) about a problem to allow people to give you some advice - there's precious little information in your initial post.

When I restart zimbra, a few emails from gmail come into my inbox, after that, again all gmail messages don't come into my inbox, until I restart zimbra again.......

    UPDATE:

This is the warning message from gmail:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 454 454 4.7.0 TLS not available due to local problem

Are you using a certificate? you have to remove the passphrase from your keyfile....
look in the postfix main.cf file where the TLS_keyfile is stored on your server... and then remove the passphrase from that file:
