System: zimbra NE 7.1.4 + patch1

We just run into an problem with Outlook.

There is a project account that has now a size of 24GB and I can't change anything about that.

Outlook has a maximum pst file size of 20GB (and we now get error messages). Outlook talks with the zimbra outlook connector to zimbra.

One idea is now to remove all attachments from the mails and save them on an samba share or somewhere else. In the mail is only a link to the attachment.

For Microsoft Excange server is a software available that can handle this:

Is there some way to manage this with zimbra?
