I'm new in Zimbra 7.1.3, and I want to know how to configure a whitelist for a message that has been blocked by VIRUS?

This is the message in the mailbox user:

VIRUS () in mail TO YOU from <user@dominio.com>


VIRUS ALERT

Our content checker found
virus:

in an email to you from probably faked sender:
?@[X.X.X.X]
claiming to be: <user@dominio.com>

Content type: Virus

According to a 'Received:' trace, the message apparently originated at:
[X.X.X.X], excomb01.lac.nsroot.net [X.X.X.X]
