I have set my default Class of Service so that the default message format when composing is HTML.
For Zimbra webmail, I am seeing this change take affect. Any user who logs in via webmail now has HTML format by default when they compose a message.
However, the same user logs into his/her Zimbra desktop client and it is still set to Plain Text.
Is it possible to force the Zimbra Desktop to use HTML format as well as webmail client?
Just to be sure, I ran a shell script and cycled through all of my users and applied these two changes.
zmprov ma email@example.com zimbraFeatureHtmlComposeEnabled TRUE
zmprov ma firstname.lastname@example.org zimbraPrefComposeFormat HTML
What is the difference between both of those commands?
