Unable to connect admin console

Hello,
I'm a newbie.
I just download zimbra VmWare Package.
I install it, and ... I am unable to connect to the admin console.

The password, for test, is sssss, i'm sure of this ! (no problem with UK or FR keyboard)
The login : admin@zimbra.appliance.localdomain

And, I am unable to connect to the console.
Message is :
Unable to authenticate use, please try again.
And I try, I try ....

An idea ?

You haven't actually given us much information. Which version of Zimbra? Which operating system? What are you actually entering to get to the Admin UI? How are you trying to login, via the web UI of ssh? Which of the forum threads on this topic have you tried?
